Exotic Verbena Essential Oil comes from Litsea cubeba or May Chang, a tree native to Asia and widely used in traditional Chinese medicine. The essential oil, obtained by distilling the fruit, has a very pleasant, citrusy, fresh, and sweet scent.
Its composition is predominantly composed of geranial and neral (citral) aldehydes, which are akin to the sensory nerves of the skin, making it very useful for pain, stress, and anxiety.
Indications
Agitation and nervous crisis.
Insomnia, arthritis, and tendinitis.
Prevents loss of appetite.
Oral use: 2 drops, 3 times a day in a neutral carrier (150 mg)
For inflammatory pain, create a synergy with arnica oleate containing 20% exotic Verbena essential oil.
Apply to inflamed areas through massage. To create a good environment and relax: release the exotic Verbena essential oil through an aroma diffuser.
